Maintenance contracts & on-call service

Our IT support maintenance contracts ensure that we are also available for you outside of our office hours.

Our maintenance contracts guarantee response times and enable different levels of support, depending on the type of contract.

With “netgroupCARE” we are already available for our customers from Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:30. Proactive monitoring of system-critical components is also included.

With “netgroupPIKETT Saturday” you can significantly increase our accessibility. We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:30 and on Saturday from 07:00 to 17:00.

You will receive a special helpdesk number which is reserved exclusively for our netgroupPIKETT customers.

We also offer maintenance services for system-critical hardware such as firewalls or PBX systems. All necessary spare parts are stored at our site in Allschwil. In this way, we ensure that in the event of a fault, the hardware is replaced within 4 hours of notification. All costs in the event of a malfunction (labor, all expenses and materials) are covered.
