Remote support with technical depth – without any field service.

Are you tech-savvy, like to think analytically and want to solve tricky IT problems without having to go on site? Then you’ve come to the right place! As part of our well-established support team, you will analyze complex IT challenges, work with the latest technologies and provide our customers with long-term, structured support at eye level.

What you can expect.

• You are the first point of contact for IT queries, whether via our ticket system or on the phone, and find well-founded solutions independently.

• You ensure that our customers’ systems run smoothly: You monitor the systems, detect faults at an early stage and proactively initiate optimizations.

• You dive deep into customer environments, analyze correlations, recognize patterns and get to the bottom of causes – from Microsoft 365 and virtual environments to Active Directory and other server services.

• You will also maintain and develop our technical documentation, instructions and training materials.

That’s what you bring to the table – professionally strong, personally convincing.

You have a degree in IT and already have experience in IT support – ideally with a focus on remote services. You feel confident in the world of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS and virtualization solutions. You are also very familiar with Microsoft 365.

You enjoy contact with customers, are communicative, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in stressful situations. A very good command of German and a good command of English are important to us. Ideally you live in the region of Northwestern Switzerland.
